Proven experience (3+ years) in a People Operations or HR Management role, ideally in a fast-paced environment. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and performance management. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. Ability to analyze HR metrics and apply insights to improve business outcomes. Experience with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, performance management systems).
